It was clean.

They have a scam whereby if you haven't checked IN before 11am then they charge you an extra €5. What percentage of people are at their destination before 11am? Also the showerhead didn't fit into the clamp on the wall so practically speaking it was just a hose coming out of the wall.

A nice place to stay.

Location is great, room is large, has a lot of space, tidy and comfortable.

Almost impossible to find, there are no signs of it on the street or on the building it is in. The street is quite noisy, so sleeping with the windows open is not a good idea, which is unfortunate if the weather is hot.

Es war schmutzig, hellhörig, wenn im Nebenzimmer Licht brennt war auch mein Zimmer hell beleuchtet, es gibt kein Fenster nur Licht von einer Neonleuchte,.... Alles in allem ein Witz. Dieses Zimmer zu vermieten erfordert wirklich Mut.

Fensterlose Zimmer ohne Sanitäreinrichtung, Gemeinschaftsdusche und Gemeinschafts-WC in miserablem Zustand, unglaublich, dass es so eine Unterkunft im Herzen von Wien überhaupt gibt! Hat zwar nicht viel gekostet, aber keinesfalls empfehlenswert.

„Abenteuerlich!

Es handelte sich um eine Wohnung in einem Bürogebäude mitten in Wien. Die 5 Zimmer wurden an verschiedene Parteien vermietet. Bei Maximalbelegung teilen sich ca. 10 Leute eine Dusche und eine Toilette. In die Ecken durfte man nicht so genau gucken, weil sich dort der Dreck befand. Es war sehr hellhörig. Wenn nachts noch Gäste anreisen ist das zwar für diese Gäste schön. Das Service-Personal sollte sich jedoch möglichst leise dabei verhalten und nicht im Flur schreien. Darüber hinaus musste ich bei Anreise erst eine halbe Stunde auf das Personal warten, danach eine weitere 3/4 Stunde bis mein Zimmer von der Vorgängerin geräumt war. Bzgl. des Gemeinschaftsbades, dies steht bei der Buchung versteckt zwischen mind. 20 anderen "Service-Leistungen". Jeder andere Gast mit dem ich sprach, hat dies übersehen und hätte die Unterkunft nicht gebucht wenn er/sie es im Voraus gewusst hätte. Den Gipfel fand ich jedoch, als mir das Personal erzählte, dass die Gäste alle nicht richtig lesen und es darum immer ärger gäbe. Wenn es bekannt ist, dass vor allem der Faktor der Gemeinschaftsbadnutzung nicht gelesen wird und es ärger gibt, ändere ich die Beschreibung dementsprechend, sodass diese Missverständnisse nicht mehr vorkommen!

„Das Hostel hat eine tolle Lage.

Das Hostel hat eine tolle Lage. Es liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Ich hatte einen sehr netten telefonischen Kontakt. Außerdem wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Sehr nett war, dass wir unsere Koffer am Abreisetag noch bis 16 Uhr dort lagern konnten, um noch weiter die Stadt zu erkunden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster!!! Es war stickig und sehr warm. Es gab in diesem Appartement weitere Zimmer. Nachts um 3 Uhr reisen weitere Gäste an. Es war irre laut. Was wir nicht wussten war, dass es für alle Personen ein gemeinsames Bad und Dusche gab. Ebenso eine Küche. Es war zudem ziemlich dreckig und ich habe dort nicht duschen wollen. Ich habe die ganze Nacht keine Auge zu gemacht. Furchtbar. Ich hätte es nie gebucht, wenn das bekannt gemacht worden wäre. Zum Glück sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben, ansonsten hätte ich umgehend umgebucht.

„Katastrophe!!! Nie wieder werde ich sowas buchen ...

Leider nichts... es war schrecklich & absolut überteuert .. musste mit meinem Baby andere Unterkunft suchen da diese eine Zumutung war ... es ist eine Herberge.. veraltet und schmutzig.. gemeinsames Bad und WC mit andere Gäste obwohl es in der Beschreibung nirgendwo dabei stand !!! Bei Ankunft musste ich mit meinem Baby 30 min vor der verschlossene Tür warten... obwohl ich Tag vorher gefragt wurde wann ich ankomme.. Unverschämtheit ... das einzige was gut war - war die Lage..

„Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Unterkunft ist schlecht

Gebucht und bezahlt wurde ein "Superior Zweibettzimmer" mit 28qm. Das halb so große Zimmer (14qm) verdient diese Bezeichnung keinesfalls. Die Sanitärräume sind veraltet und unhygienisch. Das Personal war bei beiden Aufenthalten unzuverlässig. Ich rief 30 Minuten vor meiner Ankunft an, um sicherzustellen, dass jemand für die Schlüsselübergabe da ist. Jedes Mal kam das Persona jum mindestens eine viertel Stunde zu spät (frühestens 11:15). Es handelt sich um eine normale Wohnung, die notdürftig für Einzelzimmervermietung umgestaltet wurde.

Mussten lange suchen, war nichts angeschrieben, auch nicht beim Eingang!!! Und dass man 15 min. vorher anrufen muss, dass man überhaupt einchecken kann, war beim Buchen auch nicht ersichtlich. Zimmer mit Fenster zum Gang, konnten nicht lüften + miserable Einrichtungen + Dusche war in der Küche ......also 53,00 Euro pro Person/pro Nacht ist für so ein Hostel, trotz der zentralen Lage, zu hoch!

Location is wonderful.

Location is wonderful. The hostel lies in a new building and all the facilities are fairly new.

The hostel is very poorly advertised at street level. Check-in times are very limited with a surcharge after 13h (!!!) The room was interior with poor ventilation. A glass panel on top of the wall towards a contiguous room would light up the room when the other room's lights are on. The description says rooms are sound isolated and that can't be further from being true. Single shower, single WC for the whole apartment with very poor ventilation. Shower has no space for keeping stuff dry while showering.

Do not book this accommodation, it does not seem safe or legitimate.

Very central location but I now wish I had booked elsewhere in a more comfortable, safe, legitimate business.

The property is peculiar - all the other units are business units, not residential. I suspect that this is a business unit as well, being let out as 'hostel' rooms. My room did not have a window, I'm not sure it should be called a bedroom. Is it legal to advertise a bedroom that is an internal room in what appears to be an office block? Also, it has been quite warm in Vienna lately and no window means no fresh air and a very hot room. There was no small lamp in the bedroom, which means that it was either completely dark (as there was no window) or fully lit. I sometimes struggled to find the door in the night. I've looked at the pictures on the website again and my room was definitely not like this. The bathroom and kitchen are different too. The kitchen had no window or ventilation either and nor did the bathroom/toilet. The kitchen resembled a kitchenette in an office suite which makes me feel that this is definitely an office that's been used as unauthorised accommodation. I would like to report this. The number on the door does not match in any way the address advertised on the Booking website, it took me half an hour of walking around the entire block (in which the Argentine consulate also resides) to work out which door was the accommodation - the lady who booked me in noticed me loitering in the corridor. The lady who booked me in seemed nice but had some very implausibly reasons for the room not being a proper room. I did not see her again after the initial meeting. I've also been bitten in the night by something.

Totally terrible, untrained staffs, and untidy environment.

Only the location is really good, others are so-so or terrible. It is not worth the price, you can have a more comfortable experience with only a little extra money nearby.

The tidity needs a lot of improvement, they even got other's hair on the ground, the washing medium scatter in the restroom and shower room. There is not even a curtain in shower room to prevent your clothes from getting wet. And only two room have window. It is even not a hostel but a department divided into 5 rooms. Furthermore, there is no AC as they mentioned, only a half broken fan. And the check-in time is horrible, from 11:00 to 13:00, are you kidding me, who the hell can check-in in only this short time-span, it cost you 5 more euro to not check-in in this time span. The staffs' English is also terrible, I can barely understand what they are talking about. So help yourselves guys, you can always find a better place nearby, but plz don't select this one

Dont stay here

Well situated. Comfy bed

No windows. Aircon poor. Shower room tiny. Bruised my finger on door going out as key kept sticking Felt very lonely no comunal area. Well situated for restaurants shops and some sights. Mega road works 2 coathangers on a rail.

The location is the only thing that really counts in this...

The location is the only thing that really counts in this place.

Actually it's not a hostel, it's an appartement that has no signs at all. You get lost, and when you call thé number thé lady answers After a while, i stayed at the door for one hour waiting for her assistant to give me thé keys. The rooms has no windows, the light is very low, and my ,supposed to be, economy room is actually a part of a réception that they closed with Matt glass. You don't feel safe cause you discover yourself living with people you don't know in a weird small appartement, sharing bathroom and kitchen. I don't rexommend this place to anyone. And don't worry Vienna is a small city, any hôtel will be in the center

Good luck finding it and prepare to be disappointed when you do!

That I was only there for one night

The shower was off the kitchen and the drainage was blocked so you could only have two minutes in there before flooding the place. It was incredibly difficult to find with no signage stating it was a hostel. Its more of a converted office room than a hostel so lacked that social hostel vibe and no bar
